This is one of my main go-tos to get pretty things for the wife. The staff is always helpful without being pushy. Pricing is reasonable, and there’s a wide and eclectic selection.
Their jewelry is so unique and beautiful, and on top of that, they repaired a ring and bracelet that was from my late grandmother. On both pieces they did a wonderful job at incredibly reasonable prices. Every experience I have had with Cocoanut has been amazing, from the customer service to the quality of work. I look forward to coming here for years!

We had a lovely time at this shop today! I have been purchasing jewelry from Cocoanut since they were in downtown Richmond in the 1980s. I got some beautifully made jewelry to commemorate our wedding anniversary. I love all the unique and beautiful items in the store. Highly recommend!
I recently brought in a sterling silver bracelet to have a couple of jump rings added. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The jeweler not only added the rings, but she also made sure they were placed on both side for a perfectly balanced look. She went above and beyond by soldering the rings securely and even addressed some connector rings that were missed when the piece was originally made. To top it off, she polished my bracelet to a brilliant shine I’ve never seen before. Excellent service and craftsmanship—I’ll be back!
